At DRAYMONT, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully review our policy before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Situations

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, DRAYMONT does not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Items damaged through misuse, washing, or improper handling
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Clearance or final sale items

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing size charts before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DRAYMONT is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

DRAYMONT reserves the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet our policy requirements.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on our website, the customer agrees to first contact DRAYMONT support to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Opening a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after delivery confirmation, active shipment tracking, or customer support assistance may be considered abuse of the payment system.

We reserve the right to submit:

  • Tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Customer communication records
  • Billing verification
  • Fraud prevention data

to payment processors and financial institutions as evidence in dispute cases.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing or shipment has started, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
